Certification

  • The certification course is well suited for HR personnel, consultants, coaches, and for all who work within developing people/organizations.
  • After Workplace Nordic’s one-day certification course, you are authorized to use the EQ-i 2.0 tool independently.
  • You will learn about the EQ-i 2.0 emotional intelligence model, which organizations worldwide have used for nearly 20 years.
  • You will get your own EQ measured and tips for developing your own EI.
  • You will receive a link to learning center where you will be provided with some pre-training materials.
  • The certification will cover the EQ-i 2.0 and give you an introduction to EQ 360.

Follow-up

  • After the in-class training you will receive a post-work module including a multiple-choice test to ensure you have understood the training fully. We will go through all the material you need in order to pass this test.
  • Successful completion of this program will allow you to administer the EQ-i 2.0 / EQ 360, generate reports and provide feedback to individuals and groups on their assessment results.
  • 4 free EQ-i 2.0 tryouts are included in the certification price.

Usage

  • Workplace Nordic's friendly user support will be there to help you in the future as well, in case you have any questions when using the EQ-i 2.0.
  • After the certification, you will be a part of the rapidly growing EQ-i 2.0 user network.
  • After the certification you pay only for the usage, no license or other fixed fees apply.
