The Workplace Nordic 360° assessment provides insight into how your actions and personality are perceived by others when working together.
With this form, you can nominate the people you want to be your assessors.
The assessment is anonymous, and individual responses cannot be identified in the report, except for those of yourself and your manager. Your report will show the average of the group's responses if there are at least three respondents. If there are at least five respondents, your report will also show the range of the group's responses.
As part of the process, you will also be asked to assess yourself.
Nominate your assessors one group at a time by clicking "Add Assessor group". Assessor groups can be for example manager, colleagues, team members and others.
